Fees paid for completed consultations are non-refundable. For the Terms & Conditions on consultations, go here.

For each appointment to be pierced, I require a deposit for the initial $125 piercing fee.

Your deposit will be forfeit (lost):
If your cancellation is last minute, so I can't refill your slot (or you fail to show up).
If you are more than 5 minutes late for your appointment. Yes, 5.
If you are under the influence of drugs or alcohol (zero-tolerance policy).
If you do not present valid photo ID (driver's license, passport, or military ID).

If you cancel well in advance (2 weeks or more prior to your appointment date) then you may be eligible for a full refund--less the consult fee, if I've reviewed photos.

However, depending on the extent of our correspondence, at my discretion I may refund 80% or less of your piercing fee, and retain the balance for work already rendered.* Or, you have the option to keep your full payment on account for any future piercing visit with no expiration date.

In the event that I postpone the trip or become unable to be at the designated location for your appointment, your deposit can be refunded or applied to a future date, as you prefer.

If you refuse to do the online anatomy consultation, your piercing fee will not be refundable if I determine at the time of the appointment that you are not pierceable. Consultations are highly recommended, and the $20 cost is applied toward your piercing fee, but it is not refundable. I reserve the right to refuse an appointment to those who decline to do an online consultation.

*Retained funds serve as compensation for my expertise and time spent corresponding with you to answer all of your questions, possibly evaluate photos of your anatomy, to set up and confirm your appointment, and then to make a refund.

If you have questions or concerns about this policy, don't hesitate to contact me!

Thank you for your understanding! I look forward to piercing you soon.
