• Please download and familiarize yourself with Skype and check your sound and video in advance so we can use all of our time together for instruction.

• If you must cancel a session, please contact me at least 24 hours in advance so we can reschedule. If you do not give me one day's notice and you do not appear at the appointed time, your payment is forfeit (lost).

• If you are less than 10 minutes late for your session, we can proceed, but will likely not be able to cover the entirety of any pre-planned material. If you are more than 10 minutes late, I reserve the right to cancel the session and retain your payment for my time.

• Cancellations made 48 hours or more in advance can request a refund. No refunds are offered for completed sessions. Though if you're anything less than pleased, I'd definitely like to hear all about it!
