If you're considering become a piercer, Read 'The Piercing Bible' This book has not only taught me more than I could even imagine, it's also given me more reasons to fall in love with body modifications. Elayne Angel is my idol and I can't wait to meet her next month. I strongly recommend you to listen to everything she's saying. Ever since i've read this book, I feellike i've become a doctor or something. I take care of all my friends piercing and stretching and I help clean up their infections. She's turned me into a mini piercing genius. I hope one day we can serve terms together on the Board of Directors for the Association of Professional Piercers. Thank you so much, Elayne!

If someone is looking an excellent VCH piercer in the Dallas-Fort Worth, Texas Metroplex, go see Eric Marcucci, from Obscurities in Dallas, Texas. He's on Elayne's referral list. He's informative, hygenic, and extremely patient! I speak from experience, he did my VCH piercing 3 days ago. Also, he has an apprentice, nicknamed Nacho who's just as nice and informative. He's in training under Eric, so let him observe your VCH or other piercings. He wants to learn, so let him observe. We need another Eric Marcucci! Thank you Elayne, Eric and Nacho!

Hi Elayne,
Thank you for your helpful suggestions on my irritated rook piercing and taking the time to chat with me. After changing to a shorter titanium barbell and using the emu oil you suggested...amazing stuff by the way. It feels great! My daughter has used it on a few of her piercings too, wow what a difference. I can't wait to read your book and I hope to meet you the next time you are in the Seattle area.
Warmly,
Sheryl~Seattle Washington

When I researched the fourchette piercing I only wanted it done by the best (Elyane). Unfortunately, I couldn't get to Mexico to see her, but she referred me to Pat in New Orleans. He was absolutely wonderful and made the experience pleasant. I can't thank Elayne enough because going to someone she recommended gave me absolute peace of mind and confidence in my Piercer. (Pat Roig is awesome! ) I love my piercing as much as I thought I would!

I found your site while looking into getting a genital piercing. I will be married 21 years this December and my husband was recently sent out of state for his work. Though he is only 4 hours away it was necessary for him to get a place there. I would like to get a VCH piercing to liven up the bedroom talk, so to speak, lol. I unfortunately dont live no where near you. I live in Michigan. But your site has given me alot of useful information to bring to the person going to pierce me tomorrow. If you ever do make it up here I would like my nipples pierced also. To look at me you would never know I have 12 tattoos and 2 piercing lol.

I finaly made the decision to get a VCH piercing. I made the drive down to NOLA tattoo in New Orleans with a friend. I am SOOOO glad that I went there as per Elayne's recommendation. Pat was AWESOME!!! This is my only piercing and I was super nervous. Pat really calmed my nerves, I asked tons of questions and he gave me tons of answers. All in all the whole process took a few minutes and I was enjoying Cafe du Monde beingets before I knew it, LOL!! Def. worth the trip!!

Hi Elayne :)
I've decided I really would like to have a vch piercing but would prefer YOU do it.... its so unfortunate that your new orleans shop closed because I live way down here in the Gulfport/Biloxi Mississippi area and new orleans would be just a little over an hr away for me to travel to.
I'm concerned about getting a piercing incorrectly placed and/or the wrong size or shaped jewelry placed as well. I get very intense sexual pleasure from my clitoris as many women do and the last thing I was is to dull that sensation in any way....I would love to have it enhanced (big smile) if thats even possible !
Will you be in this area anytime soon? or could you suggest someone in this area that would do this procedure correctly and proficiently for me? new orleans to mobile, would be the area range across the gulf coast that i'm willing to travel.
Thank you sincerely,
Tina

> Hi Elayne,
> Though you don't know me, you have really helped me out by inspiring me to get a VCH piercing. Before I found your book and your site, I was somewhat intimidated by piercings (especially of the nether regions). Adding to my concern was the fact that I have a condition known as vulvadynia. This is a fairly rare condition that basically leaves a woman with unexplained vulvar pain, itching, and swelling. It comes and goes in flare ups but is NOT a disease or transmittable. As one may imagine it definitely interferes with a love life at times as well as a womans's perception of her "sexiness". It is pretty hard to feel sexy while sex is not an option and even walking is uncomfortable.

> I think that my struggles are what drove me to your website. The concept of a piercing that not only enhances aesthetic, but sexual sensation was EXTREMELY appealing to me. Exploring your website, book and hearing about other women's experiences truly empowered me to get the piercing. For that I owe you much thanks. I am also very happy that you show so many botched piercings. It deterred me from going to a less than stellar piercer.
>
> I also have to give a shout out to Roger Rabb!T who you refer to as a skilled piercer. Since I couldn't get pierced by you, I feel I found the best alternative. The experience a Prix Tattoo was phenomenal and well worth the drive of many hours. Besides having great manners and professionalism, Roger was efficient and the process was relatively pain-free. Now that I've had my piercing for a week and things are starting to heal I am seeing such great results. The sensation is great and I can't help but feel unique in sexy way now. I think that many women with sexual dysfunctions like mine would greatly benefit from considering a genital piercing such as the VCH.
> Thanks again!

Elayne,
I just wanted to let you and anyone who reads this know what a wonderful experience it was to be pierced by you in Seattle. I'm so lucky to have seen the notice that you were coming to town. Of course I knew you were the most knowledgeable about the triangle piercing and frankly, I wouldn't have trusted anyone else to do it. But you were also so lovely and easy to talk to, I felt completely comfortable the entire time. The piercing itself was easy, hardly painful at all. At the end of the session, I just wished that I could spend more time getting to know you---and I don't feel that way about a lot of people ;) Thank you so much, and I will keep up to date on your travels so hopefully I can have another piercing in the near future. All the best!

I have read several publications on body piercing, and The Piercing Bible is by far the best, most informative, helpful book on the subject that i have EVER come across. It was also the most interesting. I could not put it down! I read the whole book cover to cover, and i never left home without it until i had finished it. Now i always keep it close at hand and refer back to it often for guidance. I have learned so much, and it's nice to have some solid info, instead of all the mixed messages you get on the web.
I strongly recommend this book to anyone who does piercings, gets piercings, or even is just interested in them. The Piercing Bible was worth every penny spent, and is probably one of my most valued purchases i've made all year.
:)

I got a VCH from Elayne today and it went so well! She was very patient and helpful with all the questions I had. I just loved how she placed a cooling pad on the piercing so it didn't hurt as much after!

Driving several hours to Seattle for fun weekend and get VCH pierced by Elyane Angel. I am so happy that I came across her website and her book few months ago. She made me feel safe and less nervous than I would have. On 2nd day of having my VCH pierced. No pain no swelling. Very little bleeding. I'm very pleased with her work!!! Thank you Elyane! It was great meeting you!

Hi Rosalind,
Your ability to have a successful piercing depends not only on the skills and abilities of your piercer, but also your anatomy. Feel free to send photos as explained on this page of this site: piercingbible.com/female-genital-piercings#Photos (or click the Female Genital Piercing page in the navigation on the right side of this page, and scroll to the bottom) so that I can evaluate your anatomy, including the q-tip test.
Assuming you are anatomically built for a piercing, and there was no major scar tissue formation or other complications from a prior piercing attempt, then you should be able to be repierced with no problems.
I plan to pierce in Philadelphia in March or April 2012.
If you would like to be notified when I make travel plans, please sign up for my newsletter in the box on the left lower portion of the page: http://piercingbible.com (or just click the wings logo above) It is an "opt-in" list, so I can't add you myself.
Sincerely, Elayne
